As reward points encourage the repeated visit of customers, Comeneat 2.0 platform introduced this unique feature. Admin can set reward points in 4 different ways according to their preferred criteria.
  • Admin can decide whether they want to provide reward points to customers.
  • Admin can set reward points to customers who purchase food items from their restaurant beyond some amount.
  • A certain percentage of offers can be provided to the customers based on the reward points gained.
  • Admin can give reward points to customers for number of orders received. Offer will be available only if customer reaches reward points after certain number of orders. But in certain cases, customers may reach the reward points before number of orders fixed by the admin however in this case customer will not get offers. They can make use of offers only after number of orders fixed by the admin. Admin can also set validity date for the offers provided by them.

Admin has set 10 points to avail an offer. If a customer has gained around 20 points, they can make use of all the available reward points and discount will be provided based on their points. Customers cannot keep their reward points for future use and they have to make use of all at a time.
